Confirming Orders: In an effort to reduce the cost of doing business for both of our companies, it is not necessary to send confirming orders for routine items or for small dollar amounts which have been previously ordered by phone or fax. We suggest you only confirm special orders.
Cancellation of An Order: If you find it necessary to cancel an order, please call our inside sales staff. For items which are on order from the factory, a cancellation charge may be assessed by the factory for expenses incurred. Cancellation of these items cannot be made without first communicating your needs. We must then obtain permission from the applicable factory.
Opening an Account: We offer standard 30-day net terms on open account to existing business customers. To open an account today, call 216-941-6800. If your company rating in Dun and Bradstreet supports the dollar value of your first order, we'll open your account on the spot. If your company is not rated in D&B, you can apply for open account with three trade references, a bank reference, and our credit application. We'll be happy to process your first order immediately if you wish to pay by check or credit card. If you do not have an open account with us, special/non-stock orders may require payment in advance. Credit Terms and Conditions: Any credit or overpayment applied to a Customer account that has an outstanding balance may, at Lakeside Supply Company's option, be applied against (a) such outstanding balance; (b) outstanding invoices; (c) late fees or service charges; (d) restocking charges; and/or (e) any and all other amounts owed by Customer to Lakeside Supply Company.
Price Increases: Due to the fluctuation of raw materials prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge all applicable local and state taxes on items for which a sales tax exemption certificate has not been provided. Under state law, a copy of your tax exemption certificate must be on file in our office. When placing your orders, please advise our inside salesperson when items are tax exempt.

Rental and Leasing Plans: We can arrange for a rental or leasing plan on Victaulic and Rigid pipe machinery.
Technical Assistance: Call our office during normal business hours for questions regarding product application and technical assistance. Our inside sales staff and estimate department are always available to assist you in finding the answers to your questions.
99% Same Day Complete Shipments: We ensure that 99% of all locally stocked items are shipped on the same day they are ordered. UPS shipments will go the same day if ordered by 3:30p.m. UPS, Federal Express, and other air freight carriers can be utilized. You may specify the freight carrier of your choice and we will be happy to arrange for the pick up. All items are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point.
UPS and Parcel Post: Orders are subject to a $2.00 per order handling charge. Federal Express orders are subject to a $5.00 per package handling fee.
Lakeside's "Will Call Express Service": For fast, expedited pick up of locally stocked items, please inform our inside salesperson that you are on your way. Our Counter Sales Manager will see to it that your order is ready for pick up when you arrive.
Deliveries: We maintain the largest fleet of delivery vehicles and drivers of any Piping wholesaler in the northern half of Ohio. We make deliveries from Toledo to Youngstown and as far south as Columbus on a daily basis. Let our 'Just In Time' deliveries help increase your profits.
Claims: Shipments should be verified immediately upon arrival at your facility. Errors, if any, should be reported to us at once. If cartons and packages exhibit external damage, be certain to note this on the carriers receipt and contact carrier for claim instructions.
Return Goods Authorization [RGA]: If you find it necessary to return any item previously purchased from us, please contact inside sales during normal business hours. They will issue you an RGA number. This number should be referenced on all correspondence related to this return and marked on the outside of the package. Important information required to expedite this process includes: part number, quantity, original purchase order number and reason for return.
Restocking Policy: There is 20% restocking charge for new and unused items returned to our local inventory. For items we do not stock and which must be returned to the factory, we add the restocking amount charged to us by that factory.
Warranty: Lakeside Supply Company extends to the purchaser only those warranties given by the manufacturers of the products in our catalog. Copies of the individual manufacturer's warranty will be supplied upon request. No other warranties are extended or granted to the purchaser. Lakeside Supply Company shall have no liability for consequential damages. Responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or issuing credit for product which we and the factory determine to have become defective during the warranty period.

Documentation: Furnished upon request are material test reports (M.T.R.'s), material safety data sheets (M.S.D.S.), and factory test certificates to provide evidence of compliance with industry safety and metallugical specifications.
